Refund Policy:
-With Insurance: Full refund for lost or damaged parcels.
-Without Insurance: Refund of €50 for lost or damaged parcels.

Lost Parcel Procedure:

-Refund issued (applicable amount) only if PostNL confirms the parcel is lost.
-Damage Procedure (Inform within 3 days):
-Provide photos of the damaged item, packaging material, and the box with the shipping label.
-Buyers outside the EU need a damage report from their local carrier.
-Keep all packaging until further notice.

-Claim Rejection: If PostNL rejects a claim due to lateness or missing required pictures, your claim will also be rejected.

Important Notes Regarding Returns:
-Returned Packages (Not at home, wrong address, not picked up):
-Buyer pays the initial shipping fee for the return.
-Reshipping requires double the initial shipping fee.
-Cancellation results in deduction of the shipping fee and return fee from the order amount.
