CUSTOMIZATIONS AND CUSTOM ORDERS:

CUSTOMIZATIONS: Any listed product can be customized. Additional costs may apply for customizations. Always message me first if you have any questions. Some products may not have the space or shape to add a customization. Some listings have custom options available through the drop down menus. CUSTOM ORDERS: If you don’t see what you’re looking for in my shop, message me before purchasing a custom order.

CUSTOM ORDER DETAILS AND ORDER NOTES

CUSTOM ORDER DETAILS: All customers are responsible for giving as much detailed information as possible on all custom orders on the (Order Notes) before purchasing to ensure customer satisfaction. Unless the customer requests the seller’s input or imagination which is a collaboration on both parties on the custom order such as color, size, tweaks, and even shipping time. In any case, No refunds or changes can be given after the order is made. ORDER NOTES: Be sure to add any specific notes about your custom order on the “Order Notes”. Orders will be created and shipped out based on the details you provide on your order notes.

CUSTOMIZATIONS AND ORDER EARLY:

CUSTOMIZATIONS: No revisions could be made on any kind on custom product(s), such as dimensions, colors, styles, shapes, detail, or adding & removing of any kind pertaining to the creating of the custom order once any custom item(s) or order is agreed upon between both parties. ORDER EARLY: All products are made to order. Allow enough time for processing, production, and transit. It is recommended you order at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

ORDER EARLY, RUSH ORDER, AND STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME:

ORDER EARLY: Be sure to add the "need by" date in the "notes to seller" section of your order. Need by date, will give the seller the date by which the order is needed by. RUSH ORDER: Rush orders are accepted with the addition of a rush order fee. Message me first before placing a rush order. STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME: (not including shipping transit time): 3 - 5 days. This is production time, not shipping transit time (shipping transit times are listed under Shipping Methods and Transit Times). This may not apply to all custom orders.

SHIPPING METHODS AND TRANSIT TIMES

Shipping alerts are listed in my store announcements. Domestic US Only: UPS Ground (avg. 1 - 5 days; not guaranteed for delivery date), UPS 2nd Day Air (avg. 1 - 3 days) UPS 3 Day Select (avg. 1 - 3 days) Urgent (Overnight) I'm NOT responsible for shipping delays, breakage, package loss, package or customer mishandling. Delayed If your package is marked as "delivered," refunds are not offered if it isn't present at the destination. This is a UPS matter and must be handled through UPS. You can file a claim on their website or contact your local United Parcel Service. Refunds will not be issued for transit times or items delayed in transit.

TOPPER INGREDIENTS AND TREAT INGREDIENTS

TOPPER INGREDIENTS: Products consist of edible/food safe materials (fondant, tylose, gumpaste, edible airbrush, edible dusts, and other edible decorations). I DON'T recommend toppers for consumption due to their hardened nature (toppers harden as they dry). Some toppers contain central supports (food-safe cocktail, food-safe lollipop sticks, covered wires). TREAT INGREDIENTS: Treat ingredient varies, you can view all treat ingredients on the description of each selected treat listing.

CENTRAL SUPPORT NOTE, VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE, OTHER, AND ALLERGIES:

CENTRAL SUPPORT NOTE: If a central support (food grade support, support wires, cocktail stick, or other item) is used and remains present in the final product, you will see it noted in the listing details and on your "Helpful Information" sheet (shipped with every order). VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE, OTHER: Some specialty options are available via a custom order. Message me for details. ALLERGIES: Before placing an order, please view the listing ingredients and contact us if you or your guest may have any allergies.

CANCELLATIONS, BREAKAGE, AND CARRIER DELIVERY

CANCELLATIONS: Items are custom made for you so cancellations are not accepted. BREAKAGE: I am NOT responsible for transit breakage, customer breakage (box opening, dropping, or other). UPS CARRIER DELIVERY: I have no control over transit time or additional information once a package is handed off to the shipping carrier. Orders marked as “delivered” are not refundable as “lost” if the customer states it has not been received. All transit times are estimates as shown.

PLEASE READ: Please read all communications from my shop or other communications regarding your order. Customers are responsible to respond where necessary. MESSAGES: You will receive consistent communication from start to finish regarding your order status (order confirmation, shipping date confirmation, shipping confirmation, and questions/other where applicable). NOTICE: Once your package has been delivered by the carrier, it is the customers responsibility to properly refrigerate the treats. If there is a problem with your order please contact me within 15 mins of carrier delivery.

PACKAGING METHOD: All packages are very well protected with bubble wrap and or biodegradable packing peanuts, as well as other materials. WEATHER CONDITIONS: Please be mindful of the weather conditions in your area as we ship out throughout the whole United States all year long and to avoid your order getting lost in the mail, melting, and or delayed from storms, extreme heat or winter freezes, please place your orders early and request additional ice. PRODUCT NOTE: Slight variations in color and size may occur. LOCAL ORDERS: Sweets by Jelii is not only internet based. Local orders are available for pickup. Local delivery is available with a delivery fee within a specific geographic area. Message me for details.
