When will my order ship?

Current production time is 1-2 weeks. Please allow an extra 2-5 days for your item to reach you once shipped. ** Starting Dec 1st, processing time will go up to 3 weeks** Your ship by date will be on your purchase order. Holiday order cut-off dates: Halloween - October 4th Christmas - November 29th As much as we enjoy Amazon Prime, I am not them. Please order early enough to give time for any mishaps with USPS or any other shipping company. I work as quickly as I can to ship, but there can always be delays on the carriers end that are out of my control.

I have sensitive skin. Do you have a protective backing on your shirts?

I don't apply any backing material to my shirts, but there is a great brand that's iron on! It's called Sulky Tender Touch Iron-On Backing. It's super easy to use and goes right over the stitches on the inside of your shirt! You can get this at Joann's, Michael's, Amazon or any craft store!

Exchanges are accepted within 7 DAYS of delivery. We happily exchange due to sizing issues within 7 days of delivery! Please reach out via message. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the label to mail the item(s) back to us. We can create a shipping label for you and send via Etsy messages (paid for through Etsy listing and printed by you at home) or you can go straight to the post office if that's easier! If you still have your shipping package please reuse! Once you've dropped the shirt off at the post office and have the tracking number please send it to me via message! Do you allow cancellations? OR changes to orders?

You can cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours of purchase! After that 24 hour window, cancellations/changes to your order will not be given. We have placed shirt orders by this time. Changes can be made to orders within 48 hours of purchasing. After this time, your shirt has been ordered and we can't make color changes. I don't keep extra stock in house due to space restrictions so I can't swap out for different colors.

Do you accept returns?

I do not accept returns. If your item is the wrong size you may exchange it (see details on that process above!) All sales are final.

Please note we will ship to the address that you provide. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered, as we have no way of knowing if you address is correct or not. Etsy creates labels pulled from your order and then we print them. We're not able to change anything on our end. There will be no refunds due to incorrect addresses. I will happily mail it to an updated address if there's any issue after it's returned to me.

Materials used on Shirts:
We use a stabilizing back on all of our shirts. This holds your stitches into place and keeps your shirt looking pretty! This backing is trimmed up to the design as closely as possible. There will still be some fabric left on your shirt as it's holding the stitches in place, please feel free to trim any excess if you feel it's still too much! If you have any concerns about trimming the fabric, please message.
