Will my pen come ready for gifting?

Each pen will come with a velvet gift pouch and spare ink cartridge. Additionally, presentation gift boxes are available to purchase as an add-on.

Do you offer a discount for bulk orders?

Yes. If you looking to order 20 or more items, you would be eligible for a discount. Please message me to discuss and I can send you a private listing.

Can the pens be engraved?

If you order 20 or more pens, yes engraving is possible. They can be engraved with your custom text or logo.

How do I change the ink?

To replace the ink, firmly pull and twist the pen nib to remove it. From there, you can unscrew the old ink cartridge and insert a new one. Lastly, insert the nib back into the body.

Do you take custom requests?

Yes I do! Please contact me to chat through your specific needs.

Can I order a pen design with a different coloured handle?

Absolutely! If you like a particular pen design but want a different pen body colour, just ask and I will make it happen.

The nib keeps pushing back up into the pen - can this be fixed?

This is a very easy fix. Simply follow the above steps regarding changing the ink, ensuring you screw the ink back in nice and tightly.

Do you offer different ink colours?

My pens come with black ink as standard. I can do blue ink on request, so please message me to arrange this if you wish.

When will my order be dispatched?

My dispatch times are 2-4 working days. I aim to get all my orders out as soon as possible. If you are in a rush, please message me and I will do my best to accommodate.

These unique, blood vial necklaces make the perfect gift for anyone on the slightly darker side.

Your glass pendant will contain (fake) blood which is poured and splattered into the vial. No two necklaces are the same!

The screw lid will then be fixed with a special glue, to make your necklace extra secure.

Alternatively, you can opt for the vial to be empty. In this case, the lid will not be sealed and I will provide you with a pipette to help you fill the vial yourself.

The fang shaped vial (40cm length) and pretty bail charm will hang elegantly on a choice of chains:

~ Black waxed cord
18.8" in length, with extension chain to make longer. Finished with a lobster clasp.

~ Silver-plated snake chain
Features a 16" - 18" adjustable extension chain. 1.2mm wide and finished with a lobster clasp. Lead safe and nickel free.
