Helpful seller Looks great Love it Fast shipping Perfect gift

“Right from the very start the customer service was 5* I sent photos and asked if they was ok an I had a instant reply, the item also arrived 2 days early which was a surprise as I live in the uk, and when I opened the box it was perfect safe to say my husband cried it was our sons finger print and writing I’ve been trying to find the right item as our sons finger print sadly passed 6 years ago. Would definitely use this seller again in the future.”

EDIT: My engraving started to chip off and got worse within the week. no contact with chemicals or harsh environments/objects. I just illustrate and work for books as a job. She suggested I use a marker.. I was respectful in my chats, but that unsettled me. I did tell her I got a lot to fix it. Contact is closed. My credit card did give me a refund to cover the repairs though. I used a metal epoxy kit. Required baking. ----------------OLDER REVIEW: I LOVE this bracelet. 💜 Now I have my babys doggy print with me always, with her name. Strongly built. She timely kept up with me and answered my questions. -NOTES to any customer: TO CLEAN: Just a simple fiber cloth used for jewelry is fine. Dont submerge it in water or chemicals. Dont clank the metal against other metal.

Response from fashiongurus

Hi. I'm sure that you've confused this with some other order from a different shop. The black metal is laser engraved and can never chip off. Also my shop is open and nothing is closed. I would really appreciate it if you could double check and then remove or edit this review. Thank you in advance!
