Custom and personalized orders

I do customize orders. Please be sure to leave all info when checking out to avoid any delays in getting your order embroidered.

I feel that everything runs true to size. I have size charts on the listings. Most all items I use are 100% cotton so they will shrink a little. Keep that in mind when choosing a size.

**PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMITTING ORDER** If your package is returned to me, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs. If it is a mistake made on my end, I will be happy to re-ship it to you.

Refund/Exchanges Not Accepted

Due to the custom nature of products offered, all sales are final. If there is an error on my part, I will gladly remake/refund your item. Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Pickup and Delivery Not Available

I do not offer local pickup or delivery.

I try to keep items in stock but there are times that I run out. Right now there are a lot of inventory and shipping issues that are beyond my control. If you order an item and I am out of stock I will contact you.

Fabric and Placement of Designs

Each item I make is unique. I try my best to have it match the listing photo exactly. These items are handmade so each one will vary slightly with placement. There are also times when fabric or thread is out of stock or discontinued. If that happens I will match as close as I can do the original.

I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have. I love talking to my customers!! During business hours I answer questions quickly. After 5pm during the week and on weekends I will answer questions if I get a chance. Please understand that I have a family. I have kids and a husband that I love spending time with so evenings and weekends are family time for us.

The outfit is incredible! The seller exceeded my expectations. The outfit showed up early, and now all that’s left is to take my baby boy on his first Disney trip in a couple of weeks!
