Which apps can I use with your digital products?

My planners are designed around 3 main apps: Goodnotes, Notability and XODO PDF. They have been tested and work beautifully on all three. This planner will work with most annotation apps such as Goodreader, Noteshelf etc, however they have not been tested.

Will I get an extra support from you?

I am here to support you with these digital products as long as you need me! Just drop me a message anytime and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Please bear in mind time difference as I am located in the UK.

Can I exchange/refund your products?

Because these are immediate digital downloads, I do not offer refunds/exchanges. I want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your download, so please contact me before your purchase to iron out any queries you have. I always follow up with all of my customers, so if you're having any issues after your purchase, do not hesitate to contact me.

When do I get my items?

Your downloads are available to download immediately after purchase. Just go to https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases to download. On the purchases page, you'll see a "Download Files" button. You'll be taken to a page where you can download all files. If you purchased as a Guest on Etsy, you can find your files in an email you received from “transactions@etsy.com”. Check your email you used to make your purchase.
