Everything in my shop is made with high quality gold filled charms, chains, connectors, clasps, the whole 9 yards! Gold filled is an amazing alternative to real gold, it will not tarnish so you can wear at the beach, shower, etc. It’s hard to believe that something so amazing was created and it’s so awesome to see gold filled jewelry grow more and more into the commerce. To understand what more this means, Gold filled jewelry is jewelry composed of a thick layer of real 14-24k gold mechanically bonded to a base metal. To give you an idea of how thick, the highest “quality” of gold plating has at most 0.05% of real gold electroplated on (this is the jewelry that is most commonly sold & turns your skin green after 1 week!) but gold filled legally has to have a minimum of 5% of real solid gold! Which is bonded to the base metal making it last a lifetime!

I have always worn jewelry 24/7 and never take anything off for any reason and especially since I was a swimmer chlorine would ruin anything I wore so fast. When I found out what gold filled jewelry was I never looked back! I have always been a huge jewelry lover and loved making little charm bead bracelets and necklaces as a kid. This is seriously a dream of mine that I have a business where I’m making and selling something I absolutely love and believe so much in.
