If you bought an item that was marked with Corjl, there are 2 possibilities:

1. Within 5 minutes after the purchase you will receive an email that
you deposited on etsy. Please also check your Junk folder. Click on
the provided link and follow the prompts to create an account and
get access to your item.

2. Go directly to Corjl.com, click "EDIT A PURCHASED ITEM" to create
a free customer account, and enter your order ID and login
information (associated with your etsy account) to access your
purchased items.

Yes, customers can have the option of downloading either multiples of the same page of a design onto the same PDF download page, or downloading design pages consecutively on the PDF download pages. This can be useful for designs such as table numbers or banners, for example.
This option is only available when downloading a PDF file, and can be selected as an option on the Download Design preview page with the Tile Same Design/Tile Different Designs option. Designs will tile the same page of the design onto a PDF page by default. To change this to tiling different pages onto the PDF page, move the toggle over to the Tile Different Designs option and then download the file.

Yes, many edits can be made using mobile devices. Customers can change text, move objects around, replace images and download using a phone or handheld device. If customers need to change text size, color or style, they will need to use a desktop or laptop computer.

The download location is different for every phone or mobile device.
In the case that a download location can not be found on the phone, Corjl recommends that you select the Email me the Download option and have the downloaded file(s) sent to your email address instead.

3. Enter in the email address you want to send the download file to
and click Send Email.
4. The download file will be sent to that email address.

You have the option to include a bleed, which customers have the choice to include in their downloaded file.
To include a bleed in your design, open the Info tab and scroll down to the section Design Settings>Show Bleed. The bleed will display around the canvas (separated by a dashed line) for both you as a designer and for customers when they go to edit. By default, the bleed size is the print industry standard size of .125-inches on all four sides of the design (for a total of .25-inches added onto the length and width of the finished design size).

If Flatten PDF is selected, then all layers of the design will be flattened into an image when downloaded as a PDF. The advantages of flattening the PDF when downloaded are:

1. Images and fonts can not be extracted from the final download of a flattened PDF (they can be extracted from an unflattened file).

2. Unflattened PDF files can sometimes have issues with clipping masks. Flattening the PDF will fix or avoid those issues.

For these reasons, the Flatten PDF option is selected by default when you first create your Corjl account. This can be changed in your Settings area.

Please note that flattening the PDF will not allow for vector font editing by a printing service at a later time.

Your printer many not be able to handle all types of thick paper so we would always recommend checking the specification, reading the documentation or speaking to a specialist if you’re unsure. Using the wrong media could cause issues or in the worst case, damage to your printer internally. You need to look out for what media types your printer can support and what the maximum media weight is. If your media is too thick it could cause paper jams as the printer won’t be able to handle it.

Open your document and select File > Print.
Before sending your document to print, select Properties which will open your printer’s driver settings.
Find the Paper Settings tab, this will allow you to select various media types that your printer can handle.
Select your Paper Type. (Cardstock, Glossy Cardstock etc.)
Ensure all other settings are correct, such as quality (300pi) and paper size.
Click OK > Print
