It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the correct address prior to submitting the order. Dixie Ranch Boutique is only responsible for shipping orders to the address provided at checkout. If the address is incorrect, please contact the shop ASAP and we can correct it if the order has not already been shipped. We will only change an address if the buyer asks us to. Dixie Ranch Boutique is not responsible for an order shipping to an incorrect address; therefore, no refunds or replacements will be offered.

If a package is marked "Delivered", but you did not receive it, it is best to first check with your local post office to have the carrier confirm where the package was delivered. Most of Dixie Ranch Boutique's packages are 5x9 white bubble mailers, occasionally green cactus poly mailers, or a 10x6x4 green cactus box. Secondly, ask your neighbors if they received your package by mistake. Sometimes packages are misdelivered but can be found. If you have contacted your local post office and checked with your neighbors with no luck, please contact us within 5 business days for help. We cannot help locate a package that was delivered if it has been several weeks or months.

If your package is marked "In-Transit / Arriving Late" but it has only been a few days past the estimated delivery date. Please, continue to be patient and wait. The estimated delivery date is only an estimation and not a guarantee. Sometime USPS has delays depending on the weather, holiday rush, etc. If your package has been "In-Transit / Arriving Late" for more than 7 days, please contact us for help.

If you receive your order and it is damaged, or if you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of your packaged being marked as delivered by USPS. Otherwise, Dixie Ranch Boutique cannot verify that the item was damaged in transit or if it was damaged from misuse/wear. This happens frequently in the online shopping industry! It is the Buyer's responsibility to inform us of any damage or problem within the 3-day period. Please, do not wait a week+ to contact us to file a claim. Once the 3-day period has passed, we cannot do anything to correct the issue.

At this time, Dixie Ranch Boutique does not offer any type of wholesaling services other than the "Wholesale Sticker Bundles" that are listed in the shop.

When you place an order and select mark as "Gift", with no "Gift Message", the only thing different when packaged is there will not be an itemized receipt with the price(s).

When you place an order marked as "Gift", including a gift message, I will prepare the package as normal but include the detailed message and excluding any "Thank you" notes on the order.
