This is what I was looking for, and much better than any of the ones on Amazon. Only negative is the metal rings to hold down the excess straps aren't very effective. A smaller loop in the same iridescent material would have been better. Also note, I'm 5'5" with a short torso and the shoulder straps are on the tightest hole, so if you're shorter/smaller, it may not fit.
