For any of our custom items that are made specifically for you and your pet, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. All of our bandanas are handmade from 100% cotton fabric. To keep your bandana looking its best, machine wash in cold water with like colors, tumble dry on low heat, and iron flat as needed. Following these care instructions will help maintain the bandana's shape, appearance, and quality, allowing your furry friend to enjoy wearing it for many years to come. 🐾💕

Will my bandana look exactly like the photos?

Each of our bandanas are handmade, and no two bandanas are exactly alike. Pattern placement and design orientation may vary from the photos shown due to how the fabric is cut during production. To make the best use of the fabric and reduce material waste, designs may appear in different directions or positions on each bandana. There is no single "correct" direction for any pattern, and these variations are a natural part of the handmade process. This scarf features a Blue, White, and Gold Kansas City Royals print on one side and a Kansas City Royals Logo on Light Blue Canvas Print on the reverse.

Scarfs come in small, medium, large, and XLarge. Since these scarfs slip right over your pet's existing collar there is no neck size to worry about. Small will work for your small breeds up to about 15 pounds (Yorkie, Pomeranian, Poodle etc); Mediums will work for your mid-size pets from about 15 to about 30 pounds (Terriers, Beagles, Poodle, Cocker Spaniel) Large will fit your pets from about 30 to about 45 points, and XLarge will fit your large pets over 45 pounds and up (Labs, Boxers, Retrievers, Pit Bulls).

The area to put the collar is about 2 inches wide on both the medium and large sizes and 1.5 inches on the small size.
