These vintage diet pocket guides would be great for papercrafts or using to count calories. Some recipes included.. see details.

Choose:
A. Low-Gram Diets. 1967 - 115 menu suggestions separated by meal type and charts in back to keep track. (Light staining on first pages)

B. Water Diet - 1970 - The sensational Hollywood water diet includes foods that have a high water content to help you feel full without a lot of calories. Explains the types of foods. Calories per hour chart for basic daily chores. Suggested daily meals. Index of foods and calories ~half the book. Light exercises and stretches. (Still looks new).

C. Food & Drink counter - 1976 - The counter that lists the calorie, carbohydrate, protein and fat content of more than 1000 foods and beverages. There are three pages of how to use and the remaining pages are charts of food with measurements and the mentioned counters for each item. (Light wear on edges from use).

D. Carbohydrate Gram Counter - 1965 - Diet for people who hate to diet. Carbohydrate content of over 1500 foods, plus rules for following the new carbohydrate diet. Enjoy your favorites and lose weight. There are six pages of how to use and the remaining pages are charts of food with their listed carbohydrate count. (Stained inside cover only)

E. SOLD Complete ABC Calorie Counter - 1961 - Vitamins, 14-day variety diet and pages 13-64 are full of foods and their calories. (very used, dirty book that has a rip mid-page through most of it, and one page falling out. There is writing throughout the book as well.)

F. Count your Calories - 1968 - Every food and drink under the sun (for that year) references and comparisons. Divided under cute alphabet headers through T. and Alcoholic beverages in the back. (some signs of wear only.)
