• Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (includes tracking information) – delivery aim 1 working day;
• Yodel 2+ day Delivery (includes tracking information) – delivery aim is 2 business days;
• Yodel 3+ Day Delivery (includes tracking information) – delivery aim is 3 business days;
• Evri 2+ Day Delivery (includes tracking information) – delivery aim is 2-4 business days;

International orders

We do recommend that on international orders you choose tracked service as custom delays can take up to 4 weeks with international standard delivery and we have no way of tracking the items once they leave the shop.

QUALITY

We offer different jewellery types in our shop including stainless steel, surgical steel, sterling silver and gold filled jewellery, please refer to the specific items details for more information.
We do suggest avoiding putting any perfume, body lotions etc on the jewellery and remove before swimming pool, sauna, shower or bath to ensure the best possible look for your beautiful jewellery at all times!

REFUND/ RETURNS

I gladly accept returns for reasonable requests, feel free to send me any requests of returns and refunds via message on Etsy or email address raspberrycouk [!at] gmail.com.
All cases will be reviewed but there is no guarantee that the refund will be issued.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If you item has not arrived within the promised time frame, please get in touch with me.

RETURNED MAIL

Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order as we will not send a replacement parcel or offer a refund if the parcel was “Returned to Sender” for the following reasons:

1. The address provided by you was not correct.
2. The parcel is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order.

Please double check this address is correct before checking out. We are not responsible for packages shipped to wrong address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct when placing the order.
We will not offer a replacement parcel or refund due to incorrect address.
