If you are not happy with your item please contact me by conversation through Etsy or email me and return the item to me within 30 days. I will give you a refund if it is packaged and returned in the original condition. Buyer pays return shipping. It is advised that you obtain the minimum of a tracking number of posting from the Post Office as I cannot be held responsible for goods lost in return transit.

If your item gets lost, contact me. If it is a print (digital printing or linoleumprint), I can make you an identical or almost identical one, as a replacement. But if it's an original drawing, I can't make an exchange for you, but I can refund your money. First I need to go to the post office and check that the item is really lost, only then will I be able to replace or refund.

If you wish to cancel an order please contact me immediately. If I've already shipped it, I can refund your payment once you have returned the item in its original condition.
