A comfortable unisex t-shirt with a beautiful vintage art design. Original illustration is a greyscale self portrait by the fantastic Reier Stolk.

Shirt is made of 100% ring-spun cotton and is soft and comfy. Double stitching on the neckline and sleeves adds more durability and extends the life span of the shirt.

The design is printed directly on the product with a method that yields bold and vibrant prints. The printing is done using high quality, non-hazardous, toxin-free, biodegradable water-based vegan inks that contain no animal by-products. This ensures the garment is safe for adults and children to wear. The actual printing method used is called Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which is similar to printing on paper meaning the ink is sprayed directly on the garment allowing it to sink into the fibers of the clothing. This means that the print doesn't sit on top of the fabric, and so it doesn't "crack" over time, and feels comfortable for the wearer. The print is also durable when the garment is washed according to the instructions.

About the original artist:
Reier Stolk was a Javanese born Dutch painter, sculptor, graphic artist, inventor and Batik artist. He migrated from East Java to the Netherlands between the ages of three and twelve. In 1910 he enrolled in the Applied Arts School in Haarlem where Samuel Jessurun de Mesquita was one of his teachers.
