No, you don't need a password. Every PDF is protected in a way that does not require a password.

Can I get a refund or exchange for a different product on Digital Downloads?

Due to the nature of Digital Downloads being able to be saved onto a computer after purchase, there are no refunds or exchanges available for Digital Downloads.

How do I open my Digital Download?

Every download is a PDF and you need either Adobe or Preview (on a Mac) to access your download. Please make sure you download the file to your computer before trying to access or print. It will not let you print from your browser.

What does 'EDITABLE' mean for a Digital Download?

Some Digital Downloads have text-editable features, meaning you can edit the text to a size, font and color of your choosing. The template, colors or overall design of the product cannot be edited.

What do I need to download and use the product?

You will need a computer, not a phone. To open a PDF download you will need a PDF reader. To edit, you will either need a Powerpoint or a free Canva account. You cannot use a phone because it does not have the same capabilities as a computer has.

How can I use the same font you used?

Each product will include the name and link to the font used if you would like to purchase and use it as well. Every font I use I purchase from a font designer and may not give you the font. It has to be purchased from them.

Why has my payment not cleared or my purchase arrived?

If you pay by credit card, Etsy can take time to clear the payment. Etsy will not send the product until the payment clears. It typically takes Etsy up to 24 hours from time of purchase to clear the payment.

Why hasn't my digital download arrived?

When you purchase a digital product on Etsy, it is automatically send to the buyer by Etsy. Some times it takes Etsy up to 24 hours to make the product available. Other times, Etsy won't even send it at all. Please allow up to 24 hours for Etsy to send the product. If it does not send, please reach out to me by email at mytayloredclassroom@gmail.com

Where can I find my download if it didn't go to my email?

First, make sure you purchased with an email address you have access to. Next, login to your Etsy account. Under the 'purchases' tab you will find your digital download.

Are you taking custom orders or requests?

No, currently no custom orders or special requests can be processed at this time. Our products are made to being text-editable and many design options so you can 'customize' to what you need.
