Custom and personalized orders

Please add all customizable information (Names, Numbers, Color(s), etc.) in the order notes box before you submit the order. Please do so to avoid shipping delays. As we like to get orders out asap, you have up to an hour after purchase to change any of the customizable information you place in the order notes. Please convo us if you don’t see the customizable option that you are looking for.

How soon will I get my order?

As of May 2024 our production schedule is 5-7 buisness days plus shipping time. We try to get our orders out quickly, but due to a current and consistent high order level of graduation items we can only guarantee that we will get them out by the ship by date. We recommend purchasing your order at least 2 weeks before your event and make sure you put your event date in the notes to seller box. Selecting the priority shipping option will definitely help shipping time if you need the order quickly but does not speed up the processing time. If you need an item really fast, we encourage you to contact us to see if we can accomodate you. There are rush fees and overnight shipping options available for purchase on a case by case basis!

I see a graduation item but I don’t see my school. Can you make that order for my school?

Yes! We love adding new schools to celebrate! Please convo us and we’ll get started on making an updated order for your school.

I ordered from your shop before and want to order that same item again but I don’t see it. What should I do?

Yes, we can make it again! Please convo us and we’ll make you a custom listing.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds.

Our office hours are 9am - 5pm EST Monday thru Friday. During that time, we’ll be sure to contact you back within an hour. Outside of those office hours, we’ll be checking messages periodically and will try to respond to you as soon as possible!
