If for some reason you change your mind about your item once you've received it, then get in touch within 14 days. I'll send you the information you need to post it back to me and I'll be happy to refund the cost of the item. Please note that the buyer pays for returning any goods unless they are damaged and as returns are sent entirely at the buyers risk, please obtain proof of postage and insurance. Refunds and exchanges are processed on receipt of the returned item.

In the case of the damaged product, you can go for replacement or return of the product. I'll be completely responsible for the cost and postage of the item. In any case, please get in touch with me, we'll sort things out :)

Buyers will pay through the Etsy check out, with Paypal. If you are a domestic buyer, opt for 'Other Method' while checking out. As Etsy Payments is not available in India, direct payment through Paypal cannot be accepted. After opting for 'Other Method' you can check out and your order will be placed. Rest you can relax, as I'll contact you myself and you can make the payment separately by any method of your choice.
In case you change your mind and need to cancel the item unless it is already dispatched ( in which case it will need to be returned not canceled), please get in touch. I know every purchase is important, and if you decide that my items weren't right for you in the end then I understand 100%.

I always try to ship items as fast as I can. I usually ship items within 3 working days, only in some cases, it might take 4-5 working days. I ship all my orders with India Post. I understand it is important to get the product ASAP, and so I offer two shipping- Express and Standard. You can go for any, depending on the urgency. Though I would love every product to reach the soonest, the standard method will take longer. In case of any unexpected delays, I request you to bear with me and be patient.
Though I haven't had the complaint of a lost item yet, however in such a case, I will gladly take up the full responsibility and resend you the order at my cost, as I am only here to spread love and bring smiles to the faces :)
