I do not go special gift wrapping if you select the "gift wrapping" option at checkout, so be aware that any gift messages you leave will not be included with the package!

Every figure is completely customized. Due to this customization process, orders can take 3-5 weeks before shipping.

**If you are in Canada, please be aware that you may be responsible for paying a customs fee completely separate from what you pay through Etsy.

PROCESS:
-Send me photos of the person you want me to create. The more photos, the better. If you want them wearing a specific outfit, I will do my best to find the closest option available. If you'd like to send me photos to see what's possible before ordering, please do so! I do not create mockups until after a purchase, but I can give you a good idea of what will be possible for me to create.

-After you purchase, I will send you a digital mockup for your approval. This will be a close (not exact) representation of the final product.

-I will send you photos throughout the process if I have any questions, and you will receive photos before shipping. If you have any last-minute modifications you want me to make after seeing the final photos, I can make minor changes.

**If you decide to cancel your order after I create a mockup, I will issue a partial refund to account for the time spent creating the mockup. If I've already purchased products to create your items, you may be charged for those items as well.
