I was so thrilled will I received my sign for my niece’s wedding! It is absolutely beautiful!! Very elegant and classy looking.

The quality of the item was fantastic. Customer service was not so great, very slow to respond to messages and would respond at very odd times of the day/night. When sending corrections on spelling, the proof of the item was still incorrect. The item was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks before wedding (I ordered it in enough time for the expected arrival date) and it came 3 days before the wedding because of the slow responses and customer service. Item came shipped from India when the sellers profile states they are in Massachusetts. Brides be aware you need to order WAY in advanced due to slow response times and item coming from India.

My welcome, dessert table and bar signs were gorgeous!! I asked for several revisions before approving and they made all the requests I made ... quality was fantastic as well. All around great service, product and delivered on time. HIGHLY recommended!!!
