Goods fine but DHL appalling. Paying tax a nightmare. Their online payment useless: after a dozen attempts rang their helpline & when I paid by bank transfer they couldn’t find it so goods further delayed. Arrived eventually but the calls cost me dear & it was, in the end, a week late!
