What is the application to manage your lamps?

Download the Zengge application on your iOS or Android mobile and enjoy its multiple functions. Through the built-in Bluetooth connection you can directly control the light wirelessly. You will not only be able to control the color, brightness and color temperature of the LED strips, but also configure between various types of flash mode. Also, this app can change the light of the LED strip according to the rhythm of the music and your voice. You can also program the light on/off.

Gift wrapping and packaging

At the moment we do not have shipping with gift wrap available and all our packaging is cardboard which we have given a "second chance".

Can I cancel or return my order?

We want you to know that according to our store policy we do not accept cancellations, please review your order very carefully before finalizing your purchase. Despite everything and as a courtesy service, we will refund 70% of your order total if you wish to cancel it before shipping, reserving the remaining 30% for the creation and realization of the lamp as they are handmade products. If, on the other hand, the package is returned and you do not want a resend, we will only reimburse you 50% of the expenses and as it is a handmade product, as long as we receive the order and its good condition is verified.
