Our rings have true sizes. However, anytime you receive a ring that doesn't fit, please send us a message. We will send new ones that fit better ASAP free of charge while you send the wrong size one back to us. Please keep in mind, when you order rings that have wider bands such as 7, 8, 10, or 12mm (1/3"-1/2") wide bands, they are going to fit tighter than a normal 2mm band ring. We are glad to change the size for you anytime. It happens quite often to our customers in person too. We understand this and it's our job to take care of the sizes. Don't worry about the sizes. We will work with you and are very flexible. We never put profit over customer satisfaction. We are committed to do whatever it takes to make it works for you.

Custom and personalized orders

Depending on the design, we can make customized sizes on some of our rings. Feel free to send us a message anytime if you don't see your sizes available. We will make it happen for you. However we can't take return or exchanged on specially made sizes because they are made only for you.

Can I return, exchange gift items after the holidays?
