• If your package is returned by Post I can ship it again for additional shipping cost or make a money refund without shipping costs.
• When the package gets lost during its way to the customer, we always manage the situation individually. Please keep us informed about the problem via Etsy messages. We are sure we will find the best solution of the issue! Please note that the package is not lost until 30 days after shipping.
• If you receive a package with a damaged post box, please contact your post officer and they will solve the problem. If you open the package and the product has been damaged (broken) primary contact your post officer to solve the issue.
