*Do NOT shower, wash your hands or do heavy works while wearing jewelry. You risk to mark the silver and get nasty chemicals over the stones that might damage them or alter their color.*

Use the maximum consideration while you wear and touch my creations and they will last you a life time and became something that you can pass on to the next generation.

While buying rings use the maximum accuracy when you pick the size, very thin bands might fit even if half a size smaller while large and consistent ones are better if half a size up.

If in doubt I always suggest you to go to the nearer jewelry shop and ask for a free sizing, or just enter in a trinket store and try on some bands that are similar in thickness to the one that you are interested in and check their size.

I'm truly sorry but I'm not going to accept returns because "it doesn't fit" so check your size carefully.

I know that you might think that my creations are very costly but in truth I always try to keep prices as fair as possible.
If you compare my pieces to mass produced ones well of course the first are way cheaper.
But you are buying an handmade item and there are many factors to take under account, one of them is that I'm able to produce just a limited quantity, and each piece is going to be unique, also prime materials are very costly and they need to be added to tools, bills, packaging costs, etsy fees, and the many, endless hours that I've spent working on each piece.
The time, love, and quality of the materials reflects on the final price.
If you purchase something from my shop you are not buying jewelry but a piece of wearable art.

My responsability for the package ends when I bring it to the post office and ship it.
Is client's responsibility to choose the shipping method that suits him the most.
I am in no way responsible of lost or damaged parcels, but I will do everything that is in my power to help you in these worst scenarios.
I offer shipping insurance upon request, if you would like to be extra careful with your package I strongly suggest you to ask for it.

I offer registered mail on
every listing in my shop that has free shipping.
Registered mail has a tracking number that allows you to track you parcel only into the shipping country and into the destination country, so you will know when your parcel departs and when it arrives, but please be aware that everything in between is not goimg to be reported.

If you would like to upgrade and have your order sent with express shipping that reports every movement of your parcel and it arrives to destination in just a couple- three days, then please contact me the same day of your purchase.

Bear in mind that even if sterling silver is a sturdy metal, it always has limitations and that a piece of jewelry is delicate in nature and needs the most of cares.

If a piece break or if a silver joint is not properly soldered and that defect is attributed to a fabrication mistake and not to misuse or abuse of the object, I will take every responsibility for it and offer you several options.

I will offer you three alternatives:

• I can offer you to ship the item back to me, fix the problem and ship the item back to you.

• I can offer you to ship the item back to me and once I have received it, I will address you a refund.

• I can offer you to ship the item back to me and once I have received it, I will send you a replacement.
(I am not going to offer you a different design or size from the one that you have already purchased.)
