Our electrician makes all of our lights by hand upon receiving an order.

We do try to keep some items ready made to be shipped but in the event of this not being an option we aim to post all orders within 1-2 weeks, this is due to all of our lights being handmade to a high standard.

However, if you require your lighting sooner than this please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss this and hopefully we can arrange a quicker dispatch for you if able.

Sometimes larger orders can take longer but we will notify you at the time the order is placed if this is the case.

We can customise a lot of our light fittings to suit your requirements. Whether it be a longer length flex or a different colour please get in touch if you have any ideas that you would like to discuss.

We cannot offer returns on custom orders.

The majority of our pendant lights are designed to allow the flex to be made shorter on site however not all of the designs have enough flex to be made longer.

We try to detail the length of our lights in the product description but please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or would like to have the lights made to a different length.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We will deduct the cost of our postage from the amount to be refunded which usually ranges from £10-£20 depending on the size of the order.

We often recycle packaging materials but will always ensure orders are packaged safely and securely.

If you require gift wrapping please let us know when purchasing and we will be happy to assist.
