Your custom order will be shipped via Greek post, with a tracking number. There is also available a shipping upgrade (DHL, UPS).

Please note custom orders are priced accordingly and can not be returned or exchanged.

All my jewelry is beautifully packaged in branded gift box and are ready to give.
If you order several items they will be sent to you packed in one big branded gift box.

To make the gift more special you can purchase a 'gift packaging' it's a round, soft to touch velvet, beautiful branded gift box in white, pink or purple color.

Items in stock are shipped in next business day.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before placing and order. I can't guarantee that your order will be completed by the date you request, but I'll do my best to get it there on time!

All orders are shipped with Greek Post and are trackable.
Once your order will be shipped you will receive notification with tracking number.

Please note that some countries post companies are not entering tracking data into their systems, which means that you won't be able to track a parcel in the local post page (e.g. Australia, Canada). This doesn't affect delivery just the tracking isn't shown properly.

Please note some international parcel delivery may be delayed during the holiday season, strikes etc. Please understand that postal delays are out of my control, but if any assistance will be needed, I will do my best to help.

Please make sure that your address in ETSY is correct prior to placing an order.
If any parcel is refused upon delivery, is never picked up from the post office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), customer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.
Only after I receive the parcel back customers refund will be processed.
The refund amount will be reduced by all the transport service commissions and Etsy fees.

To preserve your beaded jewelry and properly care for it, I recommend that you store it in a cool, dry place and avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, oils, hairsprays, water and other chemicals. To clean, gently wipe with soft lint free cloth and avoid excessive polishing as it my scratch or rub off platings. Handle, wear with care and enjoy!
