My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

If for any reason your order does not arrive within these expected time frames, please contact me via Etsy message providing confirmation of your delivery name and address, and I will look into it ASAP!

Condition of Returns All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging to be qualified for a refund. (please return the item within 14 days of receiving the item). Once the parcel is received and checked the refund will be issued immediately for the item(s) (the original postage fee paid at the checkout is non-refundable) If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

This simple and delicate bracelet is made with 6 mm pearls ( available in seven different colors)

The sizing of children's jewelry is really dependent on the size of the child rather than the age as children do vary so much. A small toddler can have chubbier wrists than a beanpole of a young teenager!

How To Figure Out a Child’s Bracelet Size:

1. Use a flexible measuring tape or piece of string, and gently wrap it around the child’s wrist, just below the wrist bone, in the same place where you would place a watch.

2. Take note of the measurement if using a measuring tape, or cut the string to the proper length. Then lay the string out straight and measure it using a ruler.

3. Add ½” to the measurement to obtain the proper bracelet size.

This is our Bracelet sizing - a Guideline
0 - 2 years - 4.5"( approx. 12 cm), 3 - 5 years - 5 "( approx. 14 cm), 5 - 8 years - 6" ( approx. 15 cm), Older children 6.5" ( approx. 17 cm)
