🔧 How do I Use my Colour Palette?

The most important information you'll need is on Page 2 of your brand palette - the Hex Codes. A Hex Code is a unique six-character digital colour code that looks like this: #CD2D4B. Simply copy and paste these codes into the colour picker tool of any graphic design software, including your website builder or Canva. This will give you an exact colour match across your digital channels, for a seamless brand look.


⚙️ What can I Change in this Colour Palette?

Absolutely everything! All of my Deluxe Colour Palette Brand Kits are fully customisable and editable, with free animated effects already added. Which means you can save time, money and effort on your rebrand — simply copy the hex codes and you're ready to implement your brand new look across your digital channels. What could be simpler?


💻 How do I Access my Canva Templates?

When you've completed your purchase, you'll receive a PDF containing the link you need to access and start editing your templates. All you need to do is set up a free account at canva.com, click on the link in the PDF, and your template set will now appear in the 'Projects' folder on the homepage under 'Designs'.


📁 How do I Download my Canva Templates?

Once you have opened your palette in Canva, click the 'Share' button in the top right-hand corner of your workspace. Select 'Download', or the 'See All' button if the download button is not automatically visible and scroll down and select 'Download'. You can select the format you'd like to download your templates in from the 'File Type' drop-down menu, and which pages you'd like to download from the 'Select Pages' drop-down menu.

File Types Guide:

📄 PDF = Document
🎥 MP4 = Video showing the pre-added animated effects

For MP4 downloads, download each slide separately unless you want the whole palette to play as one long video.


📏 What are the dimensions of each Canva template?

Each template is a 25cm (w) by 20cm (h) rectangle.


📱 Why don't the Colours Look the Same on Different Screens?

Frustratingly, different brands and devices use different pixel and screen technology, as well as different colour software. This means that the way your palette looks will vary across devices, but there's nothing wrong with your palette. It's always a good idea to view my listings on multiple devices, to check you still like the colours with these variations.

🛍️ Do you offer returns or refunds?

I don't offer returns or refunds on digital products, because once you've received the digital download, you'll have lifetime access to the templates — and this isn't something that can be returned. So, please always check that you have the right templates in your basket before you click buy.
