Response from Susannah

I'm sorry you're not 100% happy with your lap tray. I'm also sorry you've chosen not to say what your issue is or respond to my messages. I take pride in the quality of my lap trays and customer service, so please do let me know if I can help to make things right. As you've chosen to keep the tray instead of returning it for a refund, I hope you find it useful and comfortable to use. Yours sincerely, Susannah
