I can't speak to the quality of the product since it arrived after our event and I had traveled to the other side of our country to throw a baby shower. However, the customer service was fantastic handling the product's late arrival and refunded my purchase quickly and easily. If there product is anything like their service, it must be a good quality.

I felt the box was difficult to put together. Other than that it was perfect and exactly how it was described. We love it! The shipping was not super fast. The package went to the wrong house (thankfully they mailed it to us) customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. The mailed me a new one right away.
