⏰ HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE FILE?
Non Custom Option ➡️ 1-12 hours
- I will share a download link to the file usually within a couple of hours of purchase. *However please allow up to 12 hours during busier periods.
Custom Option ➡️ 4-24 hours
- The custom option takes up to 24 hours to receive after purchase. I will send it as soon as I can within this time.
💨 If you are in a rush for this and want to confirm the turnaround time, please send me a message on Etsy messages letting me know the date and time (UK time) you plan to purchase and I can then confirm what the quickest turnaround time is.

✨ This video CANNOT be posted directly onto Facebook or Instagram. It will be removed by the platforms. Youtube posting is also not permitted.
✨ If you would like to share this on your social channels I can provide a web link for the video which will allow you to post the link. Web link is also suitable for text and emailing the video. Please include a request for a web link with your order.
SENDING BY TEXT OR EMAIL:
✨ I wouldn’t recommend sending the video by text as the video file size is too big.
✨ You will need to request a web view link with your order (suitable for sending via text & email). This link will let viewers click and watch the video in their internet browser with ease.
SENDING ON INSTANT MESSENGER APPS (eg, What's App)
✨ The video will work exactly how you would use a video file on your phone (eg. sending on instant text messaging apps such as what's app)
PLAYING VIA TV OR PROJECTOR SCREEN:
✨ The way you stream the video on your tv will completely depend on your tv capabilities and the device.
✨ A test file can be sent if you need to test it out before purchase. Please message me on Etsy message to request one.

🛒 STEPS TO PURCHASE:
1. Add the item to your cart and put your information in the Personalization Tab if selecting the custom option. Please include all info including if you need a web link.
✨ Please make sure the information you've provided is all finalised and double checked as this is what will be used in the final video.
✨ Please note any edits after the final file is sent over will incur a small fee to cover the editing and resaving time.
2. You will be sent a download link for the video which you will be able to click on and save the video file down to your device. Then share it to your family and friends.

- This videos can be 60MB-100MB in file size so please make sure prior to purchase that you have enough space to be able to save it down on your device.
