The buyer will be responsible for covering the shipping charges for returns. During the replacements process, it is important to note that no claims should be in progress.

1. Upon initiating a replacements process, the buyer will receive return shipping instructions for the package.
2. The buyer is required to deliver the package to the designated office within 5 days of receiving the return shipping instructions.
3. If the package is not delivered within this timeframe, the replacements process will be considered cancelled by the buyer, and the case and claim will be closed.
4. Once the time limit has passed, it is not possible to reopen/claim to a replacement again.
