The doll is everything that you can ever want! It is well crafted and absolutely beautiful no complaints about the item, it is as described. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because like a lot of people mentioned the shipping issue. My shipping label was created on 4/19 but by 4/25 I checked the tracking and it said they were still waiting on the item. I’m not sure what happened but I received no communication for delay until I reached out to the seller and get an ETA. That same evening I got the notification that USPS had my package and then she replied to my inquiry. I’m glad I wasn’t on a time crunch, but if I did and didn’t get this in time I would’ve been livid. Communication goes a long way, so beware if you need this item by a certain date make sure you reach out to the seller to be sure you’ll get it in time
