All orders are sent with Royal Mail using standard, non-tracked services.

Non-UK buyers are responsible for covering any import duties that may apply.

Delivery Targets
UK: 1-3 working days (though please allow up to 14 working days)
Europe: 3-5 working days (though please allow up to 20 working days)
Rest of the World: 5-7 working days (though please allow up to 21 working days)

Please note that it is only after the full lead-times have been exceeded that I can consider the order as “lost” and in most cases I’ll be able to send you a replacement order.

Tracked and/or signed services are available upon request and at an additional fee. Please get in touch prior to placing your order to arrange this.

When postal delivery is unsuccessful buyers are responsible for re-arranging deliveries or collecting orders from their local post office branch. When buyers do not complete this in a timely manner (usually a within a few weeks), the postal service will return their items to the sender (Vero Illustrates). This also applies if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

If this occur, the buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of new postage. Alternatively if the buyer wishes to cancel their order, they will be refunded their total order value minus the shipping cost. Additionally, if the item has not been returned in sellable condition, the buyer will only be refunded 50% of the item value.

Feel reach to reach out with custom size prints, I will do my best to accommodate! Sizes up to 300x300mm will be printed on 250gsm subtly textured premium paper that is FSC certified with 20% recycled fibres and recyclable. Sizes bigger than 300x300mm will be printed on 250gsm satin finish paper that is FSC certified and recyclable.

The good news is that it’s very simple - there’s lots of online printing services that anyone can use and no special knowledge is required! All you need to know is:
1) What size you’re after.
2) Check in my item description that the size of the artwork is at least the same size you’d like to print, to ensure the best quality print. If you need something larger, get in touch.
3) Upload the file to the printer and voila! They’ll take it from there.
