• You will receive a digital proof via Etsy message, 1-2 business days after placing the order.
• If we don't get approval after 3 attempts (3 days), we will assume that the personalization is correct, and we’ll ship the item. These gifts are often time-sensitive, and we want to make sure you receive it on time.
