Attentive care is required

If you purchased unglazed teaware - wash without detergents, since clay is a porous material that will gradually absorb the smell of what it contained. For that same reason, it is better to use each single item for one specific beverage.

If you purchased a glazed item - it is suitable for regular use.

Do not wash your items in dishwasher or warm up in microwave!

A special feature of our tableware is that it evolves over time through its use for tea drinking. Tea ware will acquire a natural darker color, emphasize texture and a pleasant satin sheen will appear.

It is very important for us that your purchase arrives undamaged. We use cardboard boxes and extra packaging.
However sometimes things happen that are out of our control. If you see that the box is damaged, when you receive your parcel, please inspect the package in presence of the post worker. Make sure that your items inside the package are not damaged.
If you see any damage, please take a photo and write a claim to the delivery service. Postal worker must draw up an acceptance act and make a mark "received with damage".
Then you can accept your package. If all of the above is done, postal service will issue a compensation to us and we will make and send you a new order as soon as possible.

Fortunately, such situations occur quite rare

Shipments within Ukraine
We send your parcels using the postal service of UkrPoshta.

International shipments
Your parcel is shipped by UkrPoshta. Upon arrival to the border, it will be handled by the postal service in your country. You can check and locate your shipment using the tracking number on the post office website of your country.

If the delivery takes longer than usual (more than 5-6 weeks) or the information by the tracking number has not been updated for a long time, contact your country post office.

If the parcel is on the way for a very long time - submit a search claim to your country postal service and send me a photo of the document with your signature.

Return of an item after approval, shipment and receipt by Buyer is possible within 14 days after receipt with indication of the reason of return or after providing photo/video evidence of what is wrong with an item. How do I help a Buyer with a return? According to Etsy Return Policies, my Shop coordinates the return with the Buyer, waits to receive the returned item, then refunds the Buyer for their order after checking the original quality of an item. Return is at the Buyer’s expenses.
