Item never received. No communication on timing. Will be asking for a refund.

no response to multiple communications. Etsy canceled my order due to non response and never receiving the item. Then the owner closed the shop to "catch up". I replaced my order when she opened it up again. She immediately printed a shipping label, but 6 weeks later I still don't have the item shipped. I wouldn't order from her except I'm trying to match a tray i got from her a couple years ago. So frustrating!
