I recomend washing on a delicate wash and low heat, do not use fabric softer.
Air dry and do not use a tumbler as this will destroy your image. Iron on a low heat inside out

Mugs, Glasses and personalised boards.
Hand wash only, do not use put into dishwasher this will destroy the design.

I can package your item as a gift and include a gift note from you. Just let me know what you'd like the note to say in the gift wrapping option at checkout

I can not guarantee that an item will be delivered by a certain date unless we discuss it before hand and express shipping is used. Asking in the "notes to seller" section for the item to be shipped quicker than the expected turnaround time is NOT a guarantee that the item will ship out faster. I often don't see the notes to seller notes until I begin to work on the item, so I may not see the note until it is too late to meet the deadline. If you need an item faster than the expected turnaround time please choose this at checkout.

Returns and refunds are only accepted in the situation where I've made a mistake (misspelled name or wrong item). All other items are not eligible for a refund. If there is an issue with the item, please contact me within 2 days of receiving the item to discuss the next steps.

An effort will be made to contact you if I receive an item back as a return to sender (RTS).

If for some reason you need to cancel your order, you must email or convo me within 2 hours of the order being placed. I do not accept cancellations outside of this window, and cancellations will not be accepted due to not understanding the processing time. Please read all processing/shipping times before placing the order.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
