Examples of altered items are bead strands that have had their string or wire cut and removed, restrung beads, and any damage after the item is received by buyer. Please include your order number in your return, so we can process your refund promptly. For returns that result in the original purchase less than $35 but received free shipping, we'll deduct $6.99 from the refund total to cover our initial shipping cost. Drill size and conditions for our bead strands

- Most of our beads have the standard 1mm drill hole with the exceptions of micro-cut beads smaller than 4mm. Please allow +-.2mm difference. All of our pearl strands come with the standard .75mm drill. Please notice we can't guarantee the drill size for our beads. The size is only for reference only. If you're not flexible with drill size, please contact us prior to your purchase as we don't accept returns for cut/altered items. - Simply put, it's impossible to make perfect beads out of natural stones. Please expect imperfections and color/size variations. This is just the nature of the bead industry. Please examine your purchase carefully before you cut/use them as we don't accept returns for cut/altered items.

Since opening our shop we have chosen not to print packing lists, so we can do our part to save resources and protect our environment. Recently we have had a few requests to include packing lists. In order to provide the best customer service while still being waste conscious, we would like to offer the option to request a printed packing list for your order. Please simply add a note in your order that says “Packing List” and we will include one with your order. If there is no note, we will not provide one and send the order as usual. Thank you.
