Custom and personalized orders

Our jewelry is created with 925 solid sterling silver or 14K Gold, unless otherwise described. We recommend taking your jewelry off when you’re about to come in contact with water (showering, swimming, washing hands, etc) for the best care of your piece. When you are not wearing your jewelry, we recommend storing your jewelry in airtight storage, like your Delicate Jules pouch & gift box which is provided with most purchases.

Custom and personalized orders

All of our items are covered by a 90-day quality guarantee! Returns are accepted for new and unworn items for Store Credit or Exchanges only, and must be initiated via message. Items are to be in mint condition, in original packaging and sent back within 7 days from the item’s date of delivery - US orders only. We don’t accept returns for International shipments, already exchanged items, or items marked 'Final Sale' in product descriptions. Please note, we are typically unable to provide refunds unless the fault is ours. All of our jewelry is crafted with high-quality materials and made to last. This double walled tea glass was inspired by a trip to Turkey in 2025, drinking tea out of their hourglass shaped tea glasses. The standard tea glasses burn your fingers when filled near the top, and the tea cools off quicker than a standard tea cup. This glass has the look of them, but the outer wall keeps the tea from burning the fingers and keeps the tea hot for a longer time than a standard Turkish tea glass. You enjoy the color of the liquid more than a regular tea or coffee cup or mug, as well.
