ORDER PROCESSING
We only ship order from Monday to Friday. Once the order is ready for shipping, you will receive a notification email and tracking number will be provided. We do not ship packages on weekends or holidays at this point. We do not ship to PO box address. Customers must provide physical address where someone can receive the package.
CHANGE OF ORDER
Customer can only change the order on the same day the order is placed. Once the order is processed and fulfilled, we cannot make changes. To make changes, please notify us to cancel the order, then place a new order.
CANCEL OF ORDER
We must be notified by message via Etsy the same day the order is placed before we start processing the order. If you miss the processing time, order is shipped from our warehouse, we cannot process the cancellation.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
If shipping address on your order is incorrect or you want to change the address, please message us via Etsy immediately after the order is placed. If you miss the order processing time, and item is shipped from warehouse, we cannot make the changes.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you are outside of US, please must include your contact phone# when you check out. It is required by courier when shipping international packages. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fees, customs fee and tax or duties imposed by the recipient’s resided country. Shipping fee will be available based on the option which is selected during the check out process. If you are concerned with the shipping fee, you can message us via Etsy, we will provide an estimated shipping cost which is only for your reference based on the information you provide to us. Final shipping fee may vary once the order is placed. Refer to the shipping fee indicated when checking out your shopping cart for the most accurate information.
DOMESTIC ORDERS IN US
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 for all US domestic orders only. Order will be shipped based on the best available shipping method via USPS or UPS. If you want to receive the order in rush, you can choose express shipping option and the cost is to be paid by the customer. Refer to the shipping fee indicated when checking out your shipping cart for the most accurate information.

TRACKING THE ORDER
Your package will be shipped from our warehouse in LA. Once the order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an email with tracking information which you can use to follow the status of your order.
LOST OF PACKAGE
If your package is lost in transit, the tracking number shows the package is delivered to your address, and you did not receive it. We are not responsible for the lost package. If the package is delivered to wrong address, please provide proof of lost package with your order number and message us via Etsy. We are also not be responsible for any stolen or damaged package.
CARRIERS
Delivery times may vary according to your selected delivery address and the time of your order is placed. We are not responsible for USPS or UPS shipping delays. If any delays should occur please contact the carrier directly. Please allow extra delivery time for the latest situation due to COVID-19.
OUR BUSINESS HOURS
Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm. Closed on holidays.
We will try to reply emails the same day. However, if emails are sent after business hours, we will reply the next day. If emails are sent in the weekend, we will reply on the following Monday.
RETURN POLICY
Items must be returned within 30 days upon receipt of the order. We accept items in their original condition, with complete packaging and tags attached for full refund. Unfortunately, we do not cover shipping fee for returns at the moment.
For any potential misuse of our return policies, please contact us for any of your concerns of our products via Etsy.
To start the return process, please message us via Etsy to request a return number. We will not process the refund if item(s) is returned without a return number and without a request for return.
Item(s) should be packed in reliable materials to protect it from damages. We reserve the right to refuse the process of refund if we find any damages on the returned item(s).
EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer exchanges at this moment. If you want to order an item in a different style, color, size, please return the item(s) and place a new order from our website. With that said, we encourage you to check out our size guide for your reference before ordering to save you time and money.
REFUND POLICY
Once we receive your return, we will process the refund request. Please allow 4-5 business days for your refund to be processed and 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Refunds can only be credited back to the original form of payments.
