What happens if your order arrives damaged?

We will send a replacement piece if warranted within 7 business days. We will only accept report of damage within 48 hours of delivery to home/post office. we require photos and details of broken/damaged products.

We try our best to respond to all orders within a few days of ordering however we recieve alot of message requests and can not always accommodate mock ups immediately. Your order will always be sent to you in mock/draft form for you to approve before I proceed with the cutting process. Some items are not sent with a mock up please see listings for specific details.

99% of our items are shipped with tracking. We use Canada post USPS ups FEDEX Canpar etc. I use a database that automatical inputs your address. Not all companies will ship to PO boxes. Please ensure you are aware of your tracking to avoid packages being returned to sender. Any packages returned to me will be at the purchasers expense to reship. I am happy to do an address change at any time to avoid any mail delivery delays.

These 8x6 signs are the perfect size to fit anywhere in your home to add an easy hanging spot for all your pets everyday items. We have installed 2 key hole hooks for easy secure flush to wall hanging.

We include ONE name on each sign as well as one set of dog ears please select from photos and fill out the personalization box

Our names and rounds are all hand cut and painted /stained to order. Our signs are unique in the fact that we cut our names from 1/4" baltic birch wood and then glue to the 1/2" Pine sanded plywood backing creating at 3d effect.

We do not provide mock ups on these signs as we try to have a quicker turnaround on them for you. Our font used is "Vampire Kiss" from fontspace.com

***Please note! That "T" names and "F" names are done in "Ramson" font as the T and F from the Vampire kiss font look like S's

If you would like a mock up please request at time of order. The no hook option will not change the design of item in any way unless requested. We do it this way for the many people that want to match hardware to item they already have in their homes.

*once the order has been placed I will work with you to ensure that pieces and colours are selected to your preference.
You will receive an email to confirm purchase. I will not reach out further unless I have specific design questions for you.
If colour choices are not selected at check out we will automatically go ahead with our most popular colour choice of dark grey backing with white name and paw.

The leash holder is well made and very eye catching. The stain color is a bit off though. I ordered Briar Smoke but it looks more like Walnut. Otherwise it’s perfect for my fur baby
