WHY MY ORDER HASN'T SHIPPED YET ?

You noticed that your order hasn't shipped on time. We admit that nobody is perfect. If we missed to let you know about this delay, we apologize. Just send us an email with your order number and ask us what is going on. We'll find out the issue and do our best to catch it up.

HOW CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER ?

You have ordered too fast, we understand that, and we can do something for you. Since you receive your ordering confirmation, send us an Etsy message with your order number and tell us about what you want to modify or cancel. Our shipping time is 2-3 business days, so pay attention that your order hasn't shipped yet, otherwise we won't be able to modify or cancel it.

WHAT USUALLY THE TURNAROUND TIME IS ?

Orders including customized text and/photo items are being made after the approval of a mock-up sent by Fresh Mood. Processing time starts after the approval. Once you approved the final mock-up, we start making your order. Between mock-up approval (if provided) and shipping, it usually takes 2 to 5 business days depending on product, and quantity. Please check our delivery time avaiable on each product page. Mock-ups may not be sent for orders with no or simple customization.

HOW TO TRACK MY PACKAGE ?

After making your purchase, you will receive an email confirmating your order. To track your package, you have two ways : • log-in to your account • Click on the link contained into the order confirmation email and use the tracking number also contained into the mail.

HOW LONG SHIPPING TAKES ?

You received an email confirmation that you order has shipped. You will also get shipping number to track your package. Shipping to US : 2-6 business days* depending on destination and efficiency of your local postal service. Shipping outside of the US : 8-12 business days* depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

WHAT ARE THE WASHING INSTRUCTIONS ?

As many things you got, if you love it, take care of it. To keep the printing as long as possible, please follow the instructions : Washing : 30° max. Ironing : inside out (directly on the design is not recommended). Don't use bleaching waterpas.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

At FRESH MOOD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since we specialize in customized apparel, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges to ensure fairness and quality. 1. Return Eligibility Due to the personalized nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases: The item arrives damaged or defective. The customization does not match the order details (e.g., incorrect name, design, or color). The wrong item was shipped. 2. Non-Returnable Items Items with incorrect sizes due to customer selection. Products with slight color variations due to screen display differences. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery. Custom designs submitted by the customer.

HOW CAN REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps: 1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. 2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. 3. Await approval from our team before sending back any items. 4. If approved, return the item in its original condition and packaging. 5. If the return is approved, you may choose a replacement, or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
