The images on the shirts that I sell in my shop are sublimated. The image on the shirt will last for the life of the shirt. Proper washing can keep the image stay brighter and more vibrate longer. They should be washed inside out and in warm or cold water. Avoid hot water and harsh detergents.

The tumblers that I sell are not epoxy coated. They are sublimated with a heat press. These are 20 oz skinny tumblers that are stainless steel and include a plastic lid and stray. Hand wash these only as they are not dishwasher safe. Avoid prolonged exposer to intense heat as this will fade the image on the cup.

What about custom orders?

Yes, I accept custom orders! If you are interested in a design that you do not see in my store, feel free to message me! I can do custom designs on tumblers or t-shirts. Just send me a picture of what you have in mind or just a general idea and I will send you some choices to pick from prior to purchasing your order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. A return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date to the buyer. Shirts must be un-worn, un-washed, and in original condition. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Personalized items are not illegible for return, send message for any concerns with your product and refund may be granted.

I am able to do Next Day Shipping on most t-shirt orders! I try to keep all sizes and colors in stock. If for some reason am I out of stock in a certain size of the color you ordered, processing time will increase by 3-5 business days while your blank shirt arrives from my supplier. You will be sent a notification message if this happens.
