Shipping Policy: Canada & USA

Please note that there is a 1 to 5 day processing window for every order which allows us the required time to source materials and print orders. Expect the processing time to be on the longer end during peak times like the holidays. We ship all of our items with the federal postal systems. Shipping to the USA is always shipped with tracking and takes about 5 to 10 business days to arrive after your order has been printed and processed. Shipping in Canada takes about 5 to 12 business days depending on where you live and is sent with economy mail where applicable. Larger orders will automatically be upgraded to a faster, tracked service. Otherwise you may purchase this upgrade with any order.

Shipping Policy: International (outside Canada & USA)

Standard international shipping (outside of Canada and the United States) is NOT TRACKED and takes anywhere from 7-21 days after the order has been printed and processed from our shop. Please note that certain factors like customs delays in your country can impact your delivery time and is completely out of our control. Upgrades to a faster service with international tracking is also available upon checkout. Orders for any country and not shipped with insurance. If you require insurance on your order please contact us prior or immediately after placing your order.

Shipping Policy: Non-deliverable Items

Please make sure that your shipping address is 100% correct. We do not issue refunds for non-deliverable items. If your order cannot be delivered, you must wait for it to be returned back to us so that we can re-ship it. Re-shipping any orders is at the buyers expense.

Returns and Cancellations

RETURNS ------------- Due to the made-to-order nature of our shop and for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns. However, if we made mistake with your order (we are human!) or there is a problem with the garment itself then we will be more than happy to replace it for you! CANCELLATIONS ------------------------ In most circumstances, orders CAN NOT be cancelled. Once you place your order with us, we spend money on your order by sourcing out the materials from our suppliers. For this reason, when an order is placed - it is a commitment from both the buyer and seller to see the order through and the process starts very quickly. If you have made a mistake with your order, please reach out to us within 12 hours of your purchase.

Please note that all sales are final, so be sure to select the appropriate size for your order upon checkout. To better asist you with finding the right size, a size chart is included with every product listing in both the product description and as an image in the product gallery.
