• premade ebook cover code (ignore if purchased custom cover)
• publishing platform information
• size of book *
• number of pages
• cream or white paper
• paper thickness
• text for the back cover **
• email address (optional)

* sizes can be found in KDP. Most popular dimensions are 5x8, 5.5x8.5, or 6x9.

** text could include: synopsis, subtitle/tagline, author photo, publishers logo, ISBN number/barcode if providing you're own.

Please make sure that the paper information is correct as it allows me to calculate the thickness of the spine. If it is incorrect, then the design may not align perfectly.
