I work as a designer, I create files for machine embroidery applique, lines, educational toys for children, ITH (In The Hoop Projects).
I thoroughly test all projects before they are put up for sale in my shop. All projects are fully checked.
The success of your embroidery depends not only on the design. It is also important to choose the correct fabric and stabilizer for each project. It will provide the best result.

ART format is a licensed Bernina format and is not offered, however, EXP can be used in place of ART. Please note that we cannot support the integrity of the designs if you are converting or altering them with any software.

Please note that you MUST have an embroidery machine and the software needed to transfer it from your computer to the machine to use this file. This listing is for the machine file only - not a finished item.

You may use these files to make items for personal use or to sell, but you may not resell or distribute the designs.

How do I use my file?
All of my embroidery files are compressed into a "zip" archive. Once you download your file, you need to 1. decompress/extract/unzip the archive to access the embroidery files. 2. Save the embroidery files to a location on your computer that you can remember. 3. Select the file format which is compatible with your embroidery machine. 4. Follow the manufacturer's directions of your embroidery machine to transfer the file to your embroidery machine.

Due to the digital nature of these items, there is no refund policy only.
Refunds are allowed only if the item has not been downloaded! Also, I cannot support issues connected with embroidery problems (fabric, tension, thread, needle, machine, software, and stabilizer).
