Model in the gallery: Size S-6 Height 5"8', length of the duster is 50". Color on the photos is mint.

Material: Silk velvet, non-stretching velvet fabric, soft luxurious fabric, silk.

How to order:
Size: Feel free to check the size chart in the product gallery, choose your best fit and please leave the note
If you are not sure about the size, please send me a message before placing the order.
I do provide custom request orders. Please let me know if you have your specific size; I am happy to discuss it with you and quote it.
Color: Please find the color guide in the product gallery and leave it in the note box. I will proceed with the order with the chosen color.

Returns, Refunds and Exchange

There are no returns, refunds, and exchange for customized orders, mainly if it follows your specific request.
- I do accept returns if the item is matched the following conditions:
- Request a return within two days after receiving the item and make the items returned within 28 days
- No refund, returns if the item is already used, washed or with scratch, hole or lost the labels if any.
- Return to our only shop address in Hanoi, Vietnam.
- Customer agrees to pay restocking fees which costs 30% of the item.
- I will issue a refund after receiving the item and all the condition is good.

Exchange: there might be an extra cost or a different cost for the exchanged item. It's up to the order and details; feel free to discuss this with me via Etsy message centre.

Washing and iron recommendation:
I recommend hand wash with cold water and dry wash; if you use a washing machine, please select the silk washing option in the menu bar.
I recommend using steaming iron and with the lowest temperature setting for silk.

Via DHL to the US: 1-2 weeks
Via Royal Mail to Europe: 2-3 weeks
Via Australia Post to Australia: 3 weeks
To Standard shipping to everywhere else: 2-4 weeks
